We’re thrilled to offer a unique collection of “any occasion” greeting cards featuring high-quality art prints, sourced to the highest standards: proudly union-made in Pennsylvania and Michigan using premium recycled and FSC/SFI-certified sustainable papers.

Featured Artworks

Our cards feature high-quality digital images of historic artworks, with minor enhancement for color preservation and printability. All images are licensed, used with permission, and/or in the public domain. Many works are hundreds of years old and the artists are deceased or unknown. We believe art should be visible in our everyday lives — not limited only to museums — so we’re excited to bring these historic artifacts into view in new contexts.

In many instances, we’ve specifically curated digital images of original artworks that are no longer viewable for the public. (Meaning, the originals are held in private collections or museum archives where they are preserved but not accessible or kept on display.) It’s a special privilege to bring visibility and help preserve the life of such pieces through everyday card-giving.

Materials and Making

Our cards are special in other ways, too. We curate our manufacturing just as carefully as we curate our artwork (and ingredients for other products).

• Union-made in Philly — Our cards are proudly printed, cut, and folded by skilled union hands at a historic 144-year old family-owned printshop in Philadelphia.
  
  
• Ultra-premium Cougar cardstock — Yes, we sourced the same paper that is favored by the White House for Christmas cards and Presidential notes. Cougar cardstock is union-made and preferred by printers, representing the best in American papermaking.
  
  
• Speckletone envelopes — French Paper runs one of the last remaining independent paper mills in the US. Its “Speckletone” paper was the first-ever recycled paper which masterfully incorporated flecks and fibers for a beautifully refined rugged texture — becoming immediately beloved upon its introduction in 1955. Seventy years later, it remains a favorite. Our Speckletone envelopes by French Paper use 100% recycled materials and are union-made with hydropower in Niles, Michigan.

In a sea of clipart and mass-produced faux luxury, our cards stand out as an unexpectedly beautiful melding of historic fine art and premium American craftsmanship.
